Questions

The ones worth asking first.

01

Is this medical advice?

No. Invictus teaches; it does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Every lesson names its evidence, so you can take it to your own doctor.

02

Do you sell supplements?

None of our own, ever. The marketplace lists third-party products and services at the provider’s own price, with the provenance of that number on the listing. We take no payment and do not fulfil them.

03

What happens to my health data?

It stays yours. We handle it in line with Singapore’s PDPA: ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent for anything optional, delete your account. We do not sell personal data. Full detail on the privacy page.

04

How much time does this take?

Whatever pace you keep. Nothing expires, nothing is withheld for reading too slowly, and nothing nags unless you set a reminder yourself.

05

Can my family use one account?

Not yet. Family profiles are what this is being built toward, but today it is one person, one account.

06

What if the evidence changes?

The lesson changes, and you are told what changed. Every source must resolve and carry a confirmed licence before a lesson can be assigned, so a withdrawn source blocks it rather than leaving it quietly stale.
