Terms of use
What you are agreeing to.
Plain English, because terms you cannot read are not terms you agreed to. Last updated 5 September 2026.
01
This is education, not medicine
Invictus is an education company. Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment or a prescription, and nothing here replaces a consultation with a clinician who knows your history. Lessons name their evidence so you can take it to one.
02
Act on your own judgement
Evidence changes. When a source is withdrawn or superseded the lesson changes and you are told what changed, but decisions about your own body remain yours and your clinician’s. Do not start, stop or change a prescribed medicine on the strength of anything read here.
03
We are not partnered with the brands we name
The marketplace lists third-party products and services at the provider’s own price, with the provenance of that number shown on the listing. Naming a brand is not an endorsement of it and does not mean a commercial relationship exists. For those listings we take no payment and do not fulfil, ship or support the order — your contract is with the provider.
04
Your account is yours alone
One person, one account. Do not share your sign-in. If you think someone else has it, change your password and tell us.
05
Your data
Handled in line with Singapore’s PDPA. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent for anything optional, and delete your account. We do not sell personal data. The detail is on the privacy page, which governs where the two differ.
06
Parts of this are not built yet
Where the site marks something as arriving in 2026, it is not available today and is not being sold today. Nothing on this page is a promise that an unbuilt part will ship, or ship in a particular form.
07
These terms will change
When they do, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use Invictus after that date is how you accept the revision.
